Cricket legend Sanath Jayasuriya has said that he fasted today, on the 27th day of Ramadan, a practice he has been following every year.
Tweeting today a picture of him breaking fast with dates and a cup of porridge known as ‘Kanji’, Jayasuriya said that he is used to it now.

Previously in an interview with Hari TV, Former SL cricket captain revealed that he used to fast 3 days a year during the month of Ramadan as a tradition which he has been following from the early days of his career, where he was boarded at a Muslim residence.
