Nothing was important to us than cricket in TV in 2000s. We compiled some of the memorable tools and indicators used by TV broadcasters in International games played in 2000s.

1. Length Indicator

This gave a good idea about where the ball needed to pitch to hit the stumps for LBW decisions.

2. Runners Box

This showed the batsmen running while the rest of the screen showed the chase by the fielder.

3. Running rectangle

Upgraded version of the running Box

4. Reaction Time

This indicator showed reaction time for everything.

5. Precursor to Hawkeye

This was helpful in discussions around LBW decision

6. Runout Ruler

This showed by how much did the batsman fall short when the stumps were disturbed or how far inside the crease he was when the ball hit the stumps.

7. Heart rate tracker

This tracked the heart rate of batsman

8. Ball tracking

Older version of the ball tracking system.

9. Duck walking at 0

When batsman got out for a zero, duck walked across the screen.

10. Weather wall

This was used in match previews.
