The Sri Lanka cricket team arrived in London today for the 2nd ODI, after taking a three hour train journey from Durham.

The 2nd ODI will be played at the Surrey Oval tomorrow (1st July).

Sri Lanka will be hoping both Dhananjaya De Silva and Oshada Fernando will recover in time for the 2nd ODI to strengthen the batting line up.

Sri Lanka played only 4 main batsmen in the first ODI due to the suspension of three cricketers and injury issues.

“We will take a call on Dhananjaya (back pain) and Oshada (fever) tomorrow, to see if they can play in the 2nd ODI,” a SLC official told CricWire.
